This is a good book but unfortunately in two orders from Amazon they have delivered only one volume of the 2 volume set. eventually I think that they will figure it out.

DO NOT BUY THIS FROM AMAZON. They will only send you one volume of the two-volume set and then they will make you send it back for a refund rather than just sending you the second volume. Don't waste your time.
